About the project
Currently, we are looking for a German-speaking Regional Growth Marketer for our key client, a company transforming education with cutting-edge technology. Empowering over 1 million users across 150+ countries, the company uses GenAI to turn over 4 million study materials into impactful learning experiences. As part of their expansion into Germany, we seek a growth-driven marketer to lead regional efforts, focusing on scaling and optimizing marketing strategies to drive engagement and growth in the region.
We are looking for a German-speaking Regional Growth Marketer to support the scaling efforts in Germany, driving user acquisition, brand awareness, and influencer partnerships. Responsibilities include working directly with content creators, student communities, and start-up-focused agencies to localize the marketing strategy in Germany and optimize efforts for regional success.
Your duties
As a German-speaking Regional Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for:
- Localizing and executing marketing strategies for Germany.
- Identifying, onboarding, and managing micro-influencers and content creators for promotion.
- Launching and optimizing cost-effective performance marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating with local agencies or freelancers to accelerate growth.
- Tracking performance, analyzing key metrics, and iterating strategies based on insights.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media growth, or digital marketing.
- Background in SMEs or fast-growing startups, with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms, affiliate marketing, and organic marketing.
- Ability to balance strategic work and campaign execution, with a typical cycle of 30% strategy and 70% execution.
- Strong ability to negotiate and manage partnerships with influencers or startup-friendly agencies.
- English language Advance (C1) is a must.
- German language Advance (C1) is a must.
Nice to have:
- Existing network and know-how with Gen-Z audience influencers and content creators in Germany.
- Familiarity with any Martech platform, especially Adjust, TikTok, and Instagram ads, is preferred but not a must.
